Klobuchar Family from Bela Krajina

I am looking for the roots of Anna Klobuchar Clemenc Shavs, her father is Georg Klobuchar and mother's name is Mary. She had a brother named Frank. Is she from Doblice? This family intersects with a Butala family I am tracing.

Dear ladies and Gentlemen My great grand father Joseph Doltar was born 22.03.1858. He came to the USA with his sun Jože Doltar born 12.12.1881. They landed to the Ellis islands on Nov. 6. 1898. To visit his brother and his uncle. They were back in some years after the first war. It is said that his sun went to school to learn gray iron craft. According to my information they learned gray iron craft somewhere in the vicinity of saint Luis. One of them went to school in Saint Luis. They come back to Črnomelj and established the factory in 1920 which still works. There must be some detail information about their staying in USA. Could you help me? Thank you.
